Short version: this website doesn't collect anything about you. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply and, if you want, to set up a call.
Who is responsible
Acealen, Istanbul, Türkiye, is responsible for your personal data (the data controller) under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
What this website collects
Nothing, on its own. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no contact forms. Fonts and images load from this website, not from other companies.
The 1-minute check
Your answers stay in your browser. They're never sent to us or stored.
The animation setting
If you pause animations, your browser remembers that choice on your device (in its local storage). It's never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time.
Hosting
When you open a page, our hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and may keep it briefly in server logs for security. We don't use these logs to identify you.
When you contact us
When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, to set up the call and, if we work together, to do the work.
We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
We process it because you asked us to (steps before a possible contract) and, where needed, for our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f)).
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the conversation and any work that follows, and as long as the law requires (for example, for invoices). Then we delete it.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether we process your data and why, who we share it with, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it's processed. Write to us and we'll answer within 30 days, free of charge.

If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
